jpbp,
There is much you can do without calling the company. For example you can locate the state of incorporation. For example, FNTN is a florida company:
ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us
8/24/98 CORPORATE DETAIL RECORD SCREEN 1:12 PM NUM: F97000005026 ST:NV ACTIVE/FOREIGN PROF FLD: 09/25/1997FEI#: 88-0357272 NAME : FINANCIAL INTRANET, INC. PRINCIPAL: 410 SAWMILL RIVER RD CHANGED: 07/15/98 ADDRESS ARDSLEY, NY 10502 US RA NAME : KOSLSON, MICHAEL NAME CHG: 07/15/98 RA ADDR : 6635 W COMMERCIAL BLVD ADDR CHG: 07/15/98 SUITE 220 TAMARAC, FL 33319 US ANN REP : (1998) B 07/15/98
The officers and directors are :
8/24/98 OFFICER/DIRECTOR DETAIL SCREEN 1:14 PM CORP NUMBER: F97000005026 CORP NAME: FINANCIAL INTRANET, INC. TITLE: PD NAME: SHEPPARD, MICHAEL 410 SAWMILL RIVER RD ARDSLEY, NY 10502

TITLE: SD NAME: STEIN, BEN B 2115 GRANDBROOK CIR, #1320-B ORLANDO, FL 32810
Now if you can find the rules incorporation in FL maybe you can determine if the shareholders must agree to an increase in authorized shares or does it just require approval of the BOD?
Lastly, why is everyone here so concerned about normal investor questions? This concern is the most suspicious thing I've seen regarding this company.
