Jim, Re: I was just told this and showed the place on the bottom of the iMAC May be the sales rep you met don't know what he is talking about. It seems that everyone on usenet is puzzling about the SCSI issue and how to do backup etc. My guess is that there is a connector on the case but you may need to buy a SCSI controller to make use of that. Gary
