I'll pick your choice no.3, although no.2 certainly does figure in as well. I tend to forget that customers have a much lower risk exposure with cellphone batteries.

Also a comment on the previous posts re. the timetable:
Lev did point out that he would not try to bring two lines up to operational status at the same time. He also mentioned that both the large battery and small battery lines would run at a rate of 5 units per minute, at least initially.

If the first line is now up and running in the production mode, as is
" unofficially" believed , then the crew should be ready to start working on the second line, which arrives in September per the cc.
