Your response regarding the money makes some sense but still troubles me. Mr. Martinez expected no more DARPA money yet XRL was still on schedule. I realize that business may have gone bad for JMAR shortly thereafter but this doesn't fully explain the length of the delay. Also, were they prepared to scuttle XRL if DARPA wasn't paying? It would seem that if investors/bankers saw a demo of XRL in action
that they would contribute. As you can see it raises a lot more questions.

At this point I'd like to see the JMAR faithful on here and Yahoo to remember these new stated time frames by JMAR and not make excuses for the next set of deadlines missed. I think you (nothing personal) tend to support Mr. Martinez whether he produces or not.
