Thanks, I'll see what responses you receive.

At lunch I watched an interview with a Dell representative regarding the rental program Dell has developed with some of the Universities and Colleges across the country. I don't know the name of the woman conducting it but her tone turned quite aggressive half way through and it seemed as if she was looking to "nail" the guy. It appeared to me it caught him a little off guard as well. After they were done she started talking with one of her co-workers about laptops. During the discussion he asked her what kind she owned..she couldn't wait to burst out with "A COMPAQ." She then blubbered on about how much she loved it, etc, etc.

I just thought it was ironic that she displayed this kind of behavior toward the representative and then later is gushing over her brand. The fact she owns and likes a Compaq is great for her...if it irritated her to interview a Dell rep than that's very petty. Normally I would've thought I read something into it..but since I didn't know what she owned before the interview I had no reason to look for anything odd during the discussion.

As for the Dell rep., he did quite well overall. Like I said, he did seem to be a little surprised at her rapid change in attitude.
