Ken, one of the points that often gets lost in the Internet shuffle is the fact that traditional forms of dedicated line orders are going through the roof right now, as incumbents are attempting to meet high speed access line demand. T1s, ISDN, 56 kb/s, and Frame Relay services are at an all time high right now, with no letup in sight, since the deployment of DSL access lines and cable modem architectures are not enough, and just too late, for many users.

This trend will likely reverse itself in a couple of years, but for the time being, there is still enormous demand for dedicated lines (and the hardware termination devices that attach to them) to ISPs and other service providers.

Just thought I'd pass that piece of unwanted trivia along, in case anyone was interested. Regards, Frank C.
