Can't wait until Chuck Phillips comes out on this one! He will undoubtedly have some very positive things to say about the merged company and given that he is a guy who will consider valuation in his recommendations, he HAS to like the level this stock is at. Goldman's positive stance should give it a boost as well. Speaking of the two tech powers, TD - did you find it interesting that they have agreed to share the lead on the Healtheon offering? Technically Morgan gets the left and determines price, but Goldman shares equally in the money, which is 90% of the prize in doing an offering anyway. The bankers wanted to be a part of this one REAL BAD. After all, it is literally the next Netscape.
