Now that you have clarified the Clinton position, continue ... clarify the Starr constitutionality. Seems that years of searching though all the past dealings of the first family have yeilded only the scandel that was put forth during the last election ... and voters discounted. Starr seems to have proven that Clinton is squeeky clean. The special prosecuter seems to cross over the separation guantee of the constitution.
