I'll admit it is overdone considering they are not concentrated in the GOM, but oil prices have shown no sign that they actually are at a bottom yet.

BTW, as far as a share buyback by TMAR, it would take a miracle. They have $0.23 in cash last quarter. Not going to buy too many shares with that. I doubt if bankers would look on them real kindly if they asked for a fat loan, so they only way they do this is to use earnings to buy back stock. Given the current stock level and anti-dilutive effect it would not be a bad idea.
