broke2, I, for one, can understand your concerns. I know from my own experience that NIR (MISM's investment bankers) have not delivered. They make promises (in June and more recently) but have NOT come through with the $$. Wilfred Shaw is now CEO and Dan Masters is working with him to negotiate the new loan directly with the lending institution. Negotiations are proceeding well (from what I understand). Still looking to get first $1 million in the near term to fund the purchase of Pretzel Twister. That's the information I have. Let's hope it's accurate. later, leroyt
