Ivan,
See you are still around! Doubt if Frank will respond, but he might.
Rumors are that the doors were "locked" Friday, and employees "dismissed". Without anything official, you have to go with what you care to believe. The co Board has been strangely silent with no word on their opinion or decisions, officially.
Rumor was that the shareholders had a day or so to act, at the end of last week. That's really big of those we have been pleading with for months to give us the data we needed to present a professional and complete file of information for normal investor decision-making requirements.
The appearance is that those in possession or control of the assets, resources, and employees held out to the end letting it all dwindle down. Then shareholders were given a minute window of notice. I'm not privy to all the truth (that's been a hard to come-by commodity). But, applying a little commonsense, you'd have to surmise that someone or some people might have wanted things to evolve to this point. Any one have an opinion along these lines?
At any rate, I am waiting for the Board to announce its intentions. Shareholders sure don't won't things to just end. We have ongoing interests who want to be dealt with and given information. After all these months trying to get a seat at the table, you'd think the Board would have every reason to get us the information that has been kept locked away so we could, at this critical stage, make a final effort to assist all concerned.
If any board members are waiting and wondering, we haven't locked up our doors! We are waiting for a response. Some courtesy here at this climatic period would be appreciated. And silence now will be sending the wrong message.
