If ISPs are switching from 'unlimited' to 'timed' online hours, it will make WaveTop's free/off-line service look more attractive:

"...Infoseek Online Powered by AT&T WorldNet Service, offers 150 hours of Internet access per month and discounts on AT&T long distance for a low trial rate of $9.95 per month. After three months the service will cost $19.95 for 150 hours per month with additional hours at 99 cents each...."
