Chuck Global does sell shares to raise cash but these shares are 144 stock and restricted from trading. Hence Global is not the source of the selling. I do not understand what you mean by >> the inquart that they use to seed the process ups the actual value of material in the pipeline enough to be painful.<< The inquart used is a tiny amount of the overall metal which is produced. Finally, IMO when they come out of the gate it will not be quick. It will be slow and steady.
