Hello Jean, What in the hell is happening to this stock, and of course the merger deal ? It appears the the market is saying that the deal is dead. AWRD has been going down and down. I think the time has come to review the position of Award if the deal does fall through. Phoenix would have to crush them as a competitor? Marc
