David,

IDX is tempting at these levels, considering what's in the pipes.
The ORCL news (thanks to J Saf for the link) is good, but won't bring in IDX $ for several months. FWIW, I've changed my IDX strategy & decided to follow Rob's (much earlier) advice - sell calls when the stock rallies. I "bit the bullet" & did this the day Randy was on CNBC (when IDX jumped to over $9). Needless to say, it was a nice feeling (for a change!) to see my IDX options expire worthless last Friday. (I sold some July 7-1/2s @ a whopping 1-7/8! - got lucky) With all that is in place, IDX should do very well, eventually. But, IMO, in this market, no matter how good the news may be, it's unlikely we'll see any great price appreciation hold until we have the fundamentals (earnings!) to match. My advice for now - buy (IDX stock) low, sell (IDX calls) high!

-Just my two cents,

JL
