Gary, My point is these reports should be taken with a grain of salt, regardless of whether they portray Ascend or Cisco in a positive light. Same with the Tolly Group reports, etc... I have personally seen reports from these "market researchers" which have been totally off. I don't mean off by 3-5% points, but by 20-30%. Regretably, I can say that some of my former managers have been instigators of the misinformation. They felt justified to misreport because of the feeling that our competitors were doing the same. You are probably right that Cisco is making more headway in the enterprise. Makes sense to me. But most ISP accounts are solidly Ascend. bucky89
