Dear Toni W, Sorry for taking so long in replying. Anyway, DCTC entered into an LOI to acquire Worldpass earlier this year, what was said on the thread is that they upped the ante last minute as well as during DD by DCTC some things came up that did not jive, nothing was ever released by DCTC to my knowledge explaining why this LOI was never acted upon. Do not have posts handy but as I recall Joe Medsker shared some of this info perhaps if you send him a Private Message he will respond, or for that fact call the company directly.
