Yes, I mean Quirk Creek - GWX is paying 20% to earn a 15% interest.
This is also a 'high impact' well.

You will remember that the stock went to about 80 cents when the Pacalta purchase was announced back in the Fall of 97. IMO the stock drifted down when it became apparent that the company hadn't arranged financing to acquire 100% of this asset - instead only picking up 8%. With the recent acquisition of the balance of 92%, that roadblock is out of the way - so hopefully the present price will be a base for a slow take off, accelerating when some of their large exploration plays hit - hopefully Quirk Creek first in a few weeks - although I don't know how much info. Shell/Esso will provide?
