Betty, are you listening to me at all? There was NO money expected from DARPA and XRL was on schedule. Why then would it matter when the paper work or money came through? I'm making too much out of a non-issue? Many analyst and semi-conductor people have only heard of JMAR because of its' trumpeting of their forthcoming XRL. I think that when a company states a time frame in which they claim to be able to do something that they should produce, or be willing to face some questions. I see conflicting reasons given for the delay so I'm naturally concerned. You don't see this as worth discussing? Richard
