Fabeyes, don't know where that came from, but whoever wrote it has a very sneaky sense of humor. Micron Technology closed higher, even after positive remarks by analysts at Robertson Stephens, who upgraded the stock to a "strong buy" from a "buy." That's pretty cool. Based on the close, you have to wonder if the Robbie Stephens salesforce was even in the office or if thry were perhaps taking part in some kind of beach volleyball tournament down on Stinson Beach. And if they actually were working the phones, you have to wonder if they were even plugged in. C'mon, they can't even get a quarter point on an upgrade out of their "lead" chip analyst? That's weak.
