I'll agree with that. Market does not look to bright if you ask me-- Asian contagion and our goofball President. I do however think that RCMT will be a great buy if it beats the streets estimates. A few analysts will probably reiterate their buy recommendations. Right now shares are rated a strong buy by several analysts. Shares are way oversold and agree that a good short term boost will be evident after good earnings numbers. But I agree, sell soon thereafter because of the markets overall shaky foundation. TSK another IT company was in a tight trading range and jumped over 20% in a couple of weeks after it posted a good earnings report. The company was also rated a strong buy by many analysts but saw all of its gains erased after the market slid. I think the market will slide again once Clinton gets what he deserves-- impeachment. Sorry for bringing Clinton into this but this thread is dead anyway. Curious, do you happen to know the short positions on this stock? Maybe there is uncertainty regarding the earnings for this quarter. Shares will be diluted due to the secondary offering and management exercised its stock options but only to sell them off during the secondary offering. Was this weird or healthy profit taking? Any educated person can see that at one point this year this company's stock had tripled in value!!! More room to go up from here if you ask me. Also, shares are currently trading at a good PE ratio and the market cap is only about 1.5-2.0 times more than generated revenue according to my estimates, but I am not sure how many shares are currently outstanding. The risks though will be that RCMT will post OK earnings and the market will have a big down day and nobody will care. Hope things work out for the few shareholders. KM
