Mike,

Although I am (unfortunately) no more patient than the next guy, I do not think that there is a problem here, just yet.

1. Netgain isn't scheduled to be officially launched until next month. We are still in the beta-test phase, as far as I know.

2. Other companies in the sector have suffered a similar decline over the last two - three months. CLFY, CTRA, RMDY, SEBL -- all down well over 20% from their highs over that time period. VNTV must have lost 60% over that time period. So, FSTW at 4 isn't all that bad in this context.

Lets see what the next one - two quarters bring. Revenues should begin to be augmented, as Netgain reaches the market.
