This will be a cash deal. BELF would not give out "B" stock under $30. The market has been very wrong in slicing BELF from $35 to $15, momentum down for no reason. Now with Lucent entering the BELF camp, we should see a quick adjustment back to reality. This is the "dream" deal BELF was looking for, BELF shareholders should sit tight for an incredible 1999! Full credit to the management for this brilliant move.
