Back on topic. I have just caught up with a PILE of posts. It seems to me that:

AZNT is selling dietary supplements

'Natures treat' is not a recognized name for any tree or shrub. Dr L. may well have named the tree so but it is no different than me 'naming' a maple 'natures tasty treat tree'.

The SEC and AZNT disagree regarding the value (if any) of Dr. L's 'intellectual property'

Dr. L. May be a chemical engineer or may be a biochemist -there is a VERY big difference

AZNT's market cap is currently about $100 M

AZNT claims to be transitioning into a 'profit centre' by selling dietary supplements

There is NO scientific evidence to establish that the products are safe or beneficial for human consumption

The way I see it, we have a very expensive company with little revenue and no profit. The very high market valuation appears to be driven by short term trading (anticipating a short squeeze) or by AZNT's claims regarding its many products. Given that there is NO scientific evidence that these products are safe and effective, and given that natural dietary supplements are not patentable, and given that there are perhaps 100 or so companies in direct competition with AZNT selling 'dietary supplements', I conclude that AZNT is a poor long term investment at this time
