David, As stated, the letter went to CERTIFICATED shareholders. I got mine. My friend at work got his. We each took the trouble to make a 3 minute phone call to our brokers to request our certs. We did get them at varying intervals, but I would chalk that up to the USPD. Come to think about it, wouldn't the USPD be a great BB stock? I can just imagine the thread . If you need a copy of the letter, perhaps you should contact s martin (Mike Kugler), as I believe he has a copy of it. You seem disappointed that you did not receive a mailing. Were you interested in the 144 shares? Perhaps you could go in with me. We could buy a bundle. Regards, AD
