The doors were open today long enough for the diehards like me to gather their personal stuff. I had a bunch of books and reprints of technical articles to pick up, and a couple of others were networking. This was a total blindside to us - Saturday before last word was received there was no money for payroll. There was intense effort over the last week to reorganize and keep gathered together, but the need to come up with quick cash for tools licenses, rent, etc was not met, and so it ended. Too many mortgages, pregnant wives, and credit card payments. We had been funded essentially on a biweekly basis, as you well know from court reviews of our budget. I certainly cannot speak as to what the Board will now do. Their previous moves have been fathomless and unpredictable to me on more than one occasion. Frank
