No, Bob, my point was not that we were haboring Tim McVeigh et al. it is that we CANNOT be blamed for harboring these scum because a nation cannot take the blame for each person within its borders. Same goes with Sudan and Bin Laden. Sudan turned a blind eye to his activities, but they certainly did not sponsor his activities, in the same way that Hussein, Khaddafi, and Netanyahu sponsor terroristic activities in their borders (I threw that last one in because I know it's going to rile you up.)
