PC Magazine just printed its yearly list of the 100 'most influential companies'....in the pc field. Atmel, Altera, LSI, Readrite....many familiar names not there. But there were some I'd neveeeeeeeeer heard of. And S3 was, like, 57th! So I sent a note (I was brought up to write notes and letters, not 'posts') to PC Magazine asking if it was like the car mags...the more you pay, the higher your rating........
