This thread sure has given Wexler a hell of a lot more credit than he is due. His impact is much less than that of the mgmt. The do nothing/say nothing/imply nothing over the past weeks have had much more to do with it. Add the market conditions of the same period and there is even less he could have done. Too many longs have there head in the sand or in their butt and refuse to put the blame where it belongs... on what TAVA can and cannot control. The law suit talk is tough if followed through. If that happens it will be the 1st mgmt action ever of any kind. They will have to have something to get it started -- and the gumption to see it through,,, another doubtful position. Radicals both long and short send potential investors on their way... most would take a radical shorts poisition and do DD for the facts,,, if any. Seeing radical longs that cannot read being baited by shorts leaves little to do DD with... It is in the potty!!!!! If you have enough faith --- hold,,, she will be back with or without Wexlars or JJs help.
