Bald, I don't know Cyberguard. I'll take a look when I get chance. However, in general, I don't think there are any sure things in tech stocks at this level of stock prices. And I'm still not convinced that Dell isn't a total accounting fantasy, though I have to confess that they have been able to keep the fantasy going longer than others. MB
