that's a good sign ... after 2 1/2 years after they get a permit, they have some internal money injected into the project ! this is just as good as insider "buying" and has put a step closer to the first step of dewatering the shaft. One of the few shares creaping up in this time of Russia/Clinton/Terrorism activity!
