The market is telling us that DBCOQ is practically worthless. The conference call for ECGOF last week took a different view. Management at ECGOF said that they were not planning to write down their sizable investment in DBCOQ. They said that they knew DBCOQ "very well" and believed that there was value which would ultimately be realized. When asked if ECGOF was planning on acquiring DBCOQ, the prez declined to say one way or the other. He made a comment about not wanting to "tip his hand". Will the public shareholders of DBCOQ ever see any of the much touted "value" in this turkey? I don't know. However, with M&M out of the picture, it is an interesting speculation.
