Jeffrey:

Margin calls, jittery investors.....that's what it appears to me IMHO. Volume has been low the past couple of weeks, with 100k trading today over 65 trades which indicates that some small investors are cashing in their chips.

I have posed the question to IR on a couple of occasions on identifying possible competitors in the endoscopy field, and I was told there is none. With Olympus having 70% of this market, and with their dedication to Xillix's science, I would say this is a good indication that this true.

I never thought I would see Xillix at these levels where I first began purchasing them about 3 years ago. Fundamentally in my opinion, the company is in a much stronger position now than it ever was back in 1995. That's why I am more than happy to assist those who want to unload their shares at $1.20. Value investing is about purchasing quality businesses, patiently acquired. The patience is the hard part.

Good luck!

Garry
