This is from the other board, """"just spoke with Karen Schweiker at Ampex. She stated that the company would be shut down for the holidays from 20 dec through 6 jan. She was very upbeat about the company's prospects and said if a KM deal is signed it would change significantly the revenue picture for this company. She reminded me that Bramson had purchased 400,00 shares and said that any negative news in regard to the company's fundamentals had been released already.(ie. restructuring) My gut feeling from our conversation is that great things are on the horizon for this company, not the normal 'we'll send you some information" response from investor relations.
