Achilles I stand corrected re. immigration. Still I feel sorry for the Quebec people who see their culture threatened on many levels by forces beyond their control. Back to the Cdn$ dollar, I see a lot of the technical indicators are forming a bullish divergence. I think we are near a bottom or at least an upward correction soon.
