Yes, there was. From what I understand, after a meeting management had with a brokerage firm called Global Securities Corp., there is a $1 million financing coming in a few weeks. (It is an "Exchange Offering Prospectus" - short-form prospectus) Once Quinto receives the proceeds, there will approx. 3 1/2 months to production. According to a pro-forma management showed me, once production starts, we're looking at positive cash flow in approx. 6 months. There will be no need to go back to the market for any additional financing. I will take the time over the next few days to post some of the numbers from the pro-forma's. FWIW, after reading them, I made my investment. They were VERY IMPRESSIVE. cheers.
