I think you, Cliff, are making the same mistake I did. You are asking insinuating questions without doing the research to either support or refute the insinuation. Actually Kevin I did call the Transfer Agent and they said 19mm oustanding and 24mm authorized. Which still brings questions as the float. If the float is anywhere over 8 million then the shareholders, collectively, control 50+% of the company.
