I can say, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the shareholders own 100% of the company. Do you mean, the SI thread posters? I agree with you that the Lurkers corner number is irrelevant. I would assume the float to be somewhere between 12 million and 14.5 million, based on the following: (1) Outstanding shares as of today was 19.5 million (2) According to Michael Sheppard, insiders held 5 million as of Friday. (3) 19.5 - 5 = 14.5 million However, MS was off by 1.5 million on his outstanding share number, so , if you assume that insiders own all 1.5 million of the extra shares, then the float is 12.5 million. 19.5 million - 6.5 million = 12 million.
