ARTC 3 day RSI IHS BO yesterday. nice little base formed. Magnets below in the middle 14s (mag. uptrends) above 18, mid 19s uptrend, 21 weak, upper 21s uptrend, 23 weak. not a true hate list but a wanna be. short term pop likely. target 19 ht david Doug, could you scope the rabbit on this one and see what you think. I don't know have a whole lot of experience with the reads on it.
