In the immortal words of Sgt. Schultz "I know nothinggg!" The Rhodes is ticking along at somewhere near 200 bbls/day and the Norphlet continues to be prepared for production. At this depth it takes time. Each time they have to run pipe in or out of the hole, the process takes hours. They have previously stated that they have no intention of producing the gas from the smackover for several years simply because the extreme pressures and corrosion would make it very costly to prepare for production. The oil is vastly cheaper to get and provides excellent revenue at very little cost (comparatively). I expect they will suddenly surprise us one day with a trading halt and then news. Whitney, to my knowledge isn't taking any calls because of the shear volume of late. I haven't tried to call for a couple of weeks. Perhaps agent billy has seem him leaving the Genesis offices wearing a trench-coat and no pants pushing Keith and Harry Moll (or is it Hairy Mole) in a double bassinette. Regards, AL.
