so far his only sin that is substantiated is lying about consensual sex..... If this is so I will indeed eat humble pie right on this thread! If on the other hand it's all about sex I don't expect much from you but the same old Bull S***t.

Well pezz, that's mighty generous of you, but if you'll excuse me, I'm not going to be holding my breath. For seven months, *many* Clinton apologists tried valiantly to convince us heartily sceptical types that Monica and not Clinton was more probably the liar of the two of them; or if not a liar then a simple starry-eyed wanna-be lover who fantasized the sexual nature of some kind of relationship with the President. And indeed these apologists had the finger-wagging "let me be firm about this" word of the President to back them up, not to mention the full confidence of the First Lady.

How many, pezz, of these apologists have stepped forward and "ate humble pie"? And then there has been (according to polls) the disgustingly-hearty public backing of the First Lady's "vast right wing conspiracy" theory to explain just why Ken Starr might suspect that her innocent husband just might have lied under oath in a sexual harassment trial.

I haven't seen *any* Humble Pie Eating going on by people who very vociferously tried to turn Clinton's "big lie" into "publicly accepted truth".

Which leads me to my final question: Do you really believe in your heart that sexual matters are things that are okay to lie about when under a sworn oath to tell the truth? "his only sin" is how you described it. So pardon for jumping to conclusions, but I'd say you don't think it's okay. Perjury is a "sin" which happens to be a felony. Can felons serve in the Presidency? Answer: According to the Constitution, convicted felons cannot serve as Presidents of the United States.
