Scott, the number of authorized shares was also reverse split. This was stated several times, including the conference call.

Think about this - with only slightly more than 7 million shares outstanding, any good news will be greatly multiplied. Am I happy with the reverse split and lower price? Of course not. But I think the reaction has been overblown. The stock was at 3 1/2 just a week or so before the reverse was announced. So we've lost about 65% since then, but technically nothing has changed.

I am concerned that if the earnings and sales slipped more than expected last quarter we (well, I) could be in for more price reduction. Then again, there seems to be a lot of negative expectation already built in, so if it's not too bad, it could even improve.

I do know that I don't want to be out of the stock when/if more GigaMux contracts are announced, and I'd really like to get in on the EN IPO.
