Sire is a man? Sorry, I did not know......

Modification:

The Sire Apartments were named after their owner and built with substandard materials and not up to code. If Sire had not slept with every female janitor in city hall, the condemnation paperwork would still be on the desk of the code compliance officer and the apartments would have been torn down long ago. Sire was often heard saying to inspectors, "Inspect what? Inspect this". Sire had average looks but the body of godzilla. "Thank god for darkness, far sighted women and alcohol", Sire said everytime another janitor graced his love nest at the Sire Apartments. Too bad Sire was so cheap.

There, it's fixed.
