I am not a software guru, but I am a power user that has created corporate valuation software which competes with large financial institutions (see rcmfinancial.com ). On that topic, I do know a little about corporate valuation. It is impossible for the market to discount 12 months into the future from an academic point of view. This is also proven wrong from a historical perspective as well. My site has a wealth of information on corporate valuation, if you have time stop by and look the Valuation Primer.
