What's next?! I read in the local newspaper that a flood wave about a mile wide is coming down the Rio Grande. The wall of water is expected to hit Laredo sometime Wednesday. Forecasters had expected tropical storm Charlie to drift westward into Mexico on Sunday. Instead it stalled between Uvalde and Del Rio and reversed course. How close to Laredo is the well?
