perhaps there is more behind the drop in geac's shares than the possible departure of sadler. perhaps investors have no confidence in the management that is left behind to run the company!

has nelson not run a few software companies into the ground in the past? he certainly handled the release of the last quarter's results very poorly. i find it interesting that he was put in the top position to stimulate internal growth (at a time when all growth in the past had come from acquisitions) and over a year later he's still forecasting little or no internal growth.
