ECCS' Synchronix Data Storage Products to beResold by HP

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1998--ECCS, Inc. ECCS today announced an agreement for Hewlett-Packard Company to resell ECCS' Synchronix products and services through its North American Local Product Organization.
This agreement provides ECCS with an established reseller capability in a wide range of markets. It provides HP customers the ability to acquire ECCS' products and services, as part of an integrated HP solution.
ECCS' Synchronix Storage Management System is designed for scalable, high-performance relational database, data warehousing and data-mart applications to meet customers' decision-support needs. Array-based redundant RAID controllers and fully protected mirrored cache, combined with fully fault tolerant technology, deliver continuous data availability. This combination makes the Synchronix subsystem a storage solution for UNIX system, Microsoft Windows NT platforms and clustering solutions from HP.
