Actually Sturgeon, I had a bigger financial stake in this matter than you. Well, that is until yesterday... COME NOW the plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel, herewith moving this honorable court for an order dismissing this action without prejudice. The Plaintiffs have determined that further prosecution of this action in the State of Utah is not practical at the present time, and instructed the undersigned to seek dismissal under circumstances which will permit the refiling of the action at a later time and/or in another jurisdiction. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs respectfully pray that this Honorable Court enter its order dismissing this action as to all parties without prejudice, with each party to bear its her, or his own costs.
