Corner Bay Minerals has provided the results of a reverse circulation drilling program that was recently completed on the Alamo Dorado silver/gold property near Alamos in the State of Sonora, Mexico. The drill program was planned following positive results from recent exploration that included geological mapping, surface sampling and trenching. This current drill program confirmed silver and gold values from outcrops on surface.
Drilling was completed from L-100N to L-300S with drill stations established on sections every 100 metres for a total of five sections. Two holes were drilled on each section with the objective of intersecting the sampled surface trenches approximately 40 and 80 metres below surface. In total, 10 holes were drilled for a total of just under 2,000 metres. The summary table below, highlights drill hole results for each section from the recently completed program.

All drill holes intersected silver and gold mineralization. In fact, the average of all drill holes is 100 grams of silver per tonne and 0.31 grams of gold per tonne. This is a silver equivalent of 115 grams per tonne or a gold equivalent of 2.22 grams per tonne over an average width of 70.1 metres.
Results from this program confirm that the silver and gold mineralization is open in three directions to the north, south and down dip.
The company is planning preliminary metallurgical work on the drill hole samples to confirm the amenability of silver and gold for extraction. This work will be completed over the next two months. Once this is completed the company will plan the next phase of exploration for evaluation of the project.
