Not only does it make sense, I think it's a great move for both companies. Both companies will now be positioned to compete with the other ERP vendors in the SFA area.

PSFT was ultimately going to have to come up with a SFA solution simply because their competition will have it. SEBL will now have a way to participate in those deals where SFA is part of an ERP evaluation.
